He's been talking about these things for over a year, while Louis Vuitton has scarcely made mention of them. We were beginning to wonder if this shoe line was just one of Mr. Kanye's neurotic delusions, like alleged girlfriend Amber Rose, who one day we are convinced will disappear from our computer screen after a thorough rub of the eyelids. Anyway, Racked reports that the Louis sneakers will retail for $700 and up. Though they were supposed to launch for spring 2009, which has passed, they are now rumored to launch at the end of this year. Something to pontificate about at your next cocktail party: Who exactly is the customer? Spoiled 14-year-old girls, maybe. Sneakerheads, surely. But are they going to camp outside Louis Vuitton boutiques days in advance to get the shoes? Is Louis Vuitton prepared for that level of crowd control? Chris Brown and Rihanna seemed like the perfect couple on the outside, but after his recent arrest for felony battery, we’ve learned that it wasn’t the first time Chris raised a hand on her.
According to Police reports, Rihanna claims that Chris has hit her in the past and she referred to it as an ongoing and escalating abusive relationship.
When Rihanna first spoke to LAPD she refused to tell them what started the argument that night. We’ve now learned that it was the result of another woman sending Chris a text message about meeting up later on in the night.
During the argument, according to the police report, she ordered him to drive her home and “faked a call” to someone, saying things like, “He’s dropping me off. Make sure the cops are there,” reports TMZ. This enraged Chris.
He then said something to the effect of “You are really fu**ed up now. I’m going to kill you.” That’s when Chris allegedly began his violent attack with his fists.
At some point during the attack Rihanna took the car keys out of the ignition and threw them outside. He reportedly went outside to look for them, and returned back to the car and allegedly choked her. That’s when she lost consciousness and a witness called 911.
Based on Rihanna’s statement and her injuries Chris will definitely face a felony domestic battery charge, but it’s unclear at this time whether or not that’s the only charge he’ll get because evidence that he made criminal threats against Rihanna is kind of thin.

Sources tell Usmagazine.com that Rihanna is the alleged victim in the felony battery investigation involving her boyfriend, singer Chris Brown. On Sunday, around 6:30 p.m., Brown, 19, turned himself in to Los Angeles police and was officially booked at 7:41 p.m. for making criminal threats. Brown posted $50,000 bail and was released. The case is being presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office; additional charges may be filed. Brown is due in court March 5. Police confirmed late Sunday that an unidentified woman phoned 911 and claimed she got into a fight with the singer and he attacked her. Police say the woman had visible injuries. When officers arrived, they found the victim, but Brown had already left the scene, police say. Both Brown and Rihanna pulled out of Sunday's Grammy Awards at the last minute. I have a confession: I really don't care about the Super Bowl. In fact, until this morning, I didn't even know what teams were playing in the big game. My interest in televised competitions has always been limited to fodder like Dancing With the Stars and, of course, American Idol. But this year I knew I'd actually tune in for Super Bowl XLIII, once I found out that one of my favorite Idols, Jennifer Hudson, would be singing the national anthem. This was a performance not to be missed.
As I'm sure most of you reading this know by now, in October 2008 Jen's seemingly perfect life--hot new debut album just out in stores, new all-star movie in theaters, new engagement to I Love New York TV bachelor Davis "Punk" Otunga--was shattered when her mother, brother, and nephew were tragically murdered in Chicago. (Her estranged brother-in-law has been arrested in the case.) Since then, the "Spotlight" singer has remained completely out of the spotlight, understandably canceling all photo and video shoots, interviews, and public performances. Until now.
Today in Tampa, Jennifer finally emerged from seclusion to sing the national anthem. After all, what better showcase could there be for her much-awaited, rising-from-ashes return than Super Bowl XLIII, where she'd sing one of the most triumphant songs in history, for more TV viewers than any other broadcast on earth, in front of a stadium filled with fans all rooting for her just as heartily as they'd root for the Cardinals or Steelers?
And it was a super return indeed. First of all, she looked stunning--a sophisticated vision in black cigarette pants, button-studded military jacket, funky doorknocker earrings, glamorous updo, and a pair of stilettos so razor-sharp it's a wonder they didn't sink into the grass during her walk to the center of the football field. And the crowd roar she received when she appeared was an ovation worthy of a true superstar.
However, it wasn't a perfect comeback. Jennifer was visibly nervous--heaving a giant sigh before she picked up the mic, and an even heavier one (presumably of relief) when it was all over--and she never smiled once. I imagine that if the song hadn't been pretaped (a common practice at the Super Bowl, since the acoustics at such a massive venue aren't conducive to live singing), her wavering voice might have cracked before the song was done, making it impossible for her to confidently hit the big payoff note at the end.
Yes, it was obvious that she was having a tough time of it, and that this was a very bittersweet moment here. Here she was, singing for the biggest international audience in the world, a huge career milestone for her...and sadly, her closest family members weren't there to witness it. But the resilience she displayed during her emotional run on American Idol and as Effie in Dreamgirls was still evident, and she made it through with her characteristic class and strength.
And I have a feeling her mother, brother, and nephew were there to witness her performance, in spirit, and she made them (and the gazillions of others watching, including myself) very proud.

Hip hop artist Kelis Rogers is pregnant with her first child. An insider tells US Weekly magazine that the 29-year-old and her husband, rapper Nas, are “so excited” to become parents. “It’s all they are talking about. She is carrying hip-hop royalty!” the source said. “They are so excited.”
Kelis and Nas were married in January 2005. Kelis is best known for her 2003 hit single ‘Milkshake.’ Nas, whose real name is Nasir Jones, is best known for his 2006 album ‘Hip Hop is Dead.’

Ricardo Montalban, the Mexican-born actor who became a star in splashy MGM musicals and later as the wish-fulfilling Mr. Roarke in TV's "Fantasy Island," died Wednesday morning at his home, a city councilman said. He was 88.
Montalban's death was announced at a meeting of the city council by president Eric Garcetti, who represents the district where the actor lived. Garcetti did not give a cause of death.

OK!! Lets get to it, so Last night i finally got to see Eagle Eye, First off it was kinda confusing wasn't sure if i was in the right movie, but as the story unfolded i got it quick lol, But as i would say this was the best movie i have seen since the Dark Knight, it is a must see!! Action is Crazy, some comedy in there, and its a real good thriller had me at the edge of my seat, I would give this movie and "A" Everyone should deff go see the movie, ima try and go see it again, and cant wait till it drops on HD DVD!!
